We have created an indoor and an outdoor environment which is inclusive, safe and stimulating in which to facilitate children's development. Our indoor and outdoor areas challenge the enquiring young mind and encourage a child's innate desire to explore, investigate and problem-solve, through play.
We facilitate the Early Years Foundation Stage programme - learning through play, a balance between child-initiated learning and practitioner-led activity in order to achieve this goal.
We place great emphasis on community meal times. We believe they encourage positive social interactions and excellent learning opportunities.
We have a team of highly skilled and professional Early Years Practitioners, committed to continuous professional development.
They have a diverse range of skills with a well balanced mixture of theoretical and practical knowledge. Reflective evaluation is at the core of our practice and enables us to ensure the effective use of each staff member's skills.
Members of staff are appointed with great care, following a rigorous interview and checks in accordance with safe recruitment.
Each Rainbow practitioner has clearly demonstrated a high level of personal and social intelligence at interview and also a sound knowledge of Early Years Care and Education.
We are open 51 weeks of the year from 07:30 - 18:00 Monday - Friday.
Full day (part-time attendance) - £40.00
Full day (full-time attendance) - £36.00
Part day (morning or afternoon) - £23.00
There is a 10 % sibling discount.
